Food Bite
A user friendly Pizza Delivery Application
In this blog I am going to share my experience in this one month internship at oasisinfobyte.com where I have worked and developed a web based pizza delivery application,Food Bite. This is currently version 1 of the application since I am going to work further in developing and adding functionalities to this website.
What our application currently do?
Food Bite is similar to other pizza delivery applications. It is having two entity User & Admin. Functionalities under user include like Pizza Ordering with Filters, Adding pizza to favorites, and Creating custom pizzas. For admin, functionalities like Pizza Creation, Creating offers, Inventory Management and Order Management are being implemented. Other features like Payment Integration, Login and authentication are being carried out.
On Upgradation
Further working on developing an advanced recommendation system for user, where depending upon their likes , and their health the model would make the particular pizzas available in their menu bar.
Tech Stack Involved
Frontend: React JS, Styling (Tailwind CSS), State Management(React Query), other packages include ( React Icons, Dropzone, Axios,Router Dom).
Backend: Node JS, Mongo DB, Mongoose, Authentication( JWT Token)
API Integration: Postman
